Barry rushes home to find Iris setting the table while Speed Force prepares breakfast. To say that this whole situation scares him would be an understatement. While Iris calls her Nora, Barry insists on calling her Speed Force, which indicates the emotional distance he is trying to put between her and himself. However, Speed Force is very eager to establish a connection with Barry and tries to help.
Barry sees her as a cosmic entity that gives him his powers and nothing more. Iris has to point out that the revived Speed Force — the one he created through his love for her — has changed, and he needs to give it a chance.
Meanwhile, the police are on Frost's tail after someone framed her for a break-in and murder at Ivo Laboratories. Barry and Joe go out of their way to convince Kristen Kramer that Frost has reformed and is not responsible for the attack. Kramer still orders the district attorney to issue a warrant for Frost's arrest. The Flash team orders her to lie low, but she ignores them and tries to clear her name on her own.
