After the Monitor recovers Cisco's powers, the Flash team and Nash return to the chamber the latter found, where they discover the antimatter cannon and the Earth-90 flash powering it. Cisco successfully frees him, but the cannon begins to fail, so Pariah recruits Black Lightning from another Earth to help contain the energy.
