Barry and Iris go on vacation, leaving Cisco in charge while they're gone. Suddenly, Breecher appears and tells Cisco that Cynthia was killed by a hacker named Echo, whom she was hunting. Cisco works with Bricher and the Collectors to find out who Echo really is, only to find out it's him. Breecher almost kills Cisco, but eventually relents and decides to give him an hour to surrender. After further investigation, Cisco discovers that Echo is actually his Earth-19 doppelganger, who used their shared face to frame his Earth-1 doppelganger. After a confrontation, Cisco manages to trap Echo so that the Collectors can arrest him. Breecher apologizes to Cisco when they both realize that Cynthia lured Echo to Earth-1, knowing that Cisco would be able to bring him to justice. Meanwhile, Rosso offers Caitlin immortality in exchange for her joining him, but she refuses. He disowns her as a friend and runs away. Elsewhere, Joe tracks down Nash in the sewers, but the two are trapped until Ralph rescues them. After the Flash team offers to help, Nash reluctantly agrees and tells them that he knows how to save Barry from certain death.
